The staff of The Barnes Junior School Sunderland wanted to brighten up their dining hall with a mural something to reflect the work the children had been doing on healthy eating.

I spent some time with the children discussing what they had learnt and how they wanted to portray this. Here are some of my 'design team'. They came up with the idea of  fruit and veg  engaged in something loud and energetic like performing in a rock band and so.... 'The Barnes Rock and Rollers' were born.
